Ep. 13 – Manny Minaya, Poet & Writer of Venus Gospels

Emmanuel Manny Minaya

Hands down this has been one of my favorite episodes to record, I love all the other guests I’ve had on the show but I truly enjoyed talking with him.

Manny Minaya is the writer of the “Venus Gospels” but he also is a spoken word artist and poet. On the episode we hear his story but we also dive deep into our story of finding ourselves. We speak about the importance of taking time to really taking a moment to pause and listen to our thoughts, catalog them, and find out the real reason why we react the way we do when those thoughts/actions come into play during our day to day life.

Manny also has a hearing disability which at first caused him some difficulty in normal life but as it was diagnosed and remedied he looked at it more as a superpower. The conversation leads to us discussing that everyone has a tool box or treasure chest of traits, strengths and weaknesses. As mentioned before when we access and know about ourselves we can see how we can use our personal tool box to really prosper in life and reach our goals.

Again there is so much more packed into this episode and this is one you have to listen to!
